- To be operated via wall tablet
- All lights switch on/off automatically
- HDAnywhere Audio/video distribution system (no ugly boxes behind your tv)
- Heating system integrated
- Smart doorbell sends spoken message to residents
- Smart and safe locks and garage door
- Living room cinema with Dolby Atmos
- Intercom
- Smart CO-sensors and smoke detectors
