Since 2023 Comfortica takes part in the EU project INBLANC to make buildings as energy efficient and thus sustainable as possible. The project involves 10 countries and 22 partners.
Today we can proudly say there are 6 projects running, all across Europe! Comfortica contributed to the development of a so-called SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) tool and method.
INBLANC is being implemented in 6 use cases, from a heritage renovation project to an energy flexible neighbourhood, in public buildings, at a university campus, in the buildings of an academic hospital and even on an urban scale.
The 6 locations:
- Hengelo, the Netherlands. Industrial heritage Hazemeijer. Smart renovation.
- Aalborg, Denmark. Facing out the least energy-efficient buildings in the city.
- Murcia, Spain. Joven Futura neigbourhood. Smart living on a large scale.
- Cyprus, Greece. Frederick University. Making buildings greener and more sustainable.
- Geneva, Switserland. Decarbonising buildings of academic hospital.
- Thessaloniki, Greece. Greener public buildings.
